About Card9

Card9 is a hosted storefront product that gives any small seller in India their own shop — at yourname.card9.in — in under five minutes. Each shop owner controls their own products, pricing, branding, and customer chat. Buyers discover shops, view products, and order over WhatsApp; payments go directly from the buyer to the seller via UPI / PhonePe.

The Card9 brand and platform are owned and operated by Rudraayaan AI Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62011TS2026PTC216546), incorporated on 19 May 2026 in Telangana, India. Registered office: H No. 14/964/64/A/1, Krishna Nagar Colony, Ameenpur, Ramachandrapuram, Medak, Telangana 502032, India.

What we do

• Provide the hosted shop platform, subdomain, and design templates.
• Run the catalog, search, and product-discovery surfaces.
• Route buyer enquiries to the seller's WhatsApp and SMS.
• Keep the platform secure, performant, and available.

What we do not do

• We do not take possession of any product listed on a shop.
• We do not process customer payments. Buyers pay sellers directly via UPI.
• We do not act as a merchant of record. Sellers are responsible for fulfilment, taxes, returns, and seller-side compliance.
