Shipping Policy
Card9 is the platform, not the shipper. Each shop on Card9 is operated by an independent seller who ships their own orders, often by India Post, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Porter, Dunzo, or hand-delivery for local orders. Each seller's shipping practice is shown on their shop page or shared on WhatsApp when the order is placed.
Platform default
Where a seller has not published their own shipping policy, the following default applies:
- Order handover: within 48 hours of order confirmation on WhatsApp.
- Delivery window: 4–10 working days for inter-state delivery in India; 1–3 working days for the same city.
- Tracking: shared by the seller on WhatsApp once the parcel is dispatched.
- Coverage: India only, unless the seller's shop page says otherwise.
- Shipping charges: as quoted by the seller at order confirmation; Card9 does not add any platform-side shipping fee.
Disputes
Shipping disputes — non-delivery, damage in transit, lost parcels — are between the buyer and the seller. See the Refund Policy for the escalation path if a seller is unresponsive. Card9 may suspend a shop that systematically fails to ship paid orders.
