Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Card9 platform ("Card9", "Service") operated by Rudraayaan AI Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62011TS2026PTC216546), referred to below as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our". By creating a shop on Card9 or by purchasing through a Card9-hosted shop, you agree to these Terms.
1. Two distinct parties
Card9 is a multi-tenant storefront platform. Every transaction on Card9 involves two distinct parties:
- Platform responsibilities (Rudraayaan AI Technologies Pvt Ltd): operating the hosted shop infrastructure, the buyer-discovery surfaces, the buyer's account, and the buyer-to-seller routing.
- Seller responsibilities (the individual shop owner): product listings, pricing, accuracy, stock, fulfilment, shipping, refunds, taxes (incl. GST as applicable to the seller), and customer support for the order itself.
2. Payments
Card9 does not handle payments. Buyers pay sellers directly via UPI / PhonePe deep-links surfaced on shop pages, or via in-WhatsApp arrangement. Refunds and chargebacks are between the buyer and the seller.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Card9 to list illegal items, infringe third-party rights, harass other users, scrape the platform programmatically, or impersonate another seller. We reserve the right to suspend any shop that violates these terms or applicable Indian law.
4. Subscription & billing
Sellers pay platform fees per the pricing on card9.in/pricing. Free trial terms are stated on the pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. See Refund Policy for platform-fee refunds.
5. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of Card9 is limited to the platform fees you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for product defects, fulfilment failures, or any other seller-side issue.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Medak, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms.
7. Dispute resolution & arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, that is not resolved amicably within thirty (30) days of written notice shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed by Rudraayaan AI Technologies Private Limited. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Medak, Telangana, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. Subject to this clause, the courts at Medak, Telangana retain jurisdiction for interim relief.
